Registered in 1970, Harambee Sacco Society Ltd was initially established to serve low-income employees in the public sector. It has since grown to become one of Kenya's largest SACCOs, opening its common bond to include employees from various government ministries, parastatals, the private sector, and the general public. The Sacco's primary mission is to promote thrift by providing members with a secure means to save and access affordable credit for provident and productive purposes, thereby enhancing their economic and social well-being.
