Founded in 2012, the GSX Group initially established the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX) in 2014, a regulated EU stock market. In 2018, the group expanded into the blockchain space by launching the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX), a regulated platform for digital assets and token sales. While the group has since sold its ownership of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange, its mission remains to create a new era of finance by leveraging blockchain technology. Its current focus is on developing and providing the technology and infrastructure for a seamless, global digital asset ecosystem, catering to the capital markets with solutions for Security Token Offerings (STOs) and other digital securities.
