Founded in 1996, the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) is a key lender and investor dedicated to addressing the affordable housing needs of Minnesota's workforce, seniors, and families. As a nonprofit CDFI, GMHF raises capital from public and private sources to provide loans, grants, and technical support for affordable housing developers and projects.
