Founded in 2004, Global Youth Connection (GYC) is a non-profit organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Its mission is to empower youth from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from low-income, immigrant, and refugee communities, to become leaders and advocates for positive social change. GYC provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can explore their identities, develop critical skills, and address community issues they are passionate about through various programs, including after-school leadership groups, summer institutes, and community organizing projects.
