GEROA Pentsioak is a Voluntary Social Welfare Entity (EPSV) established in 1996 through a social agreement between the business association ADEGI and the unions ELA, LAB, CCOO, and UGT. Its mission is to manage a mandatory, defined-contribution pension plan for workers in the industrial sector of Gipuzkoa (Basque Country, Spain). As a non-profit organization, its sole objective is to supplement the public pension system, ensuring members receive additional income upon retirement, disability, or in the event of death for their beneficiaries.
