Founded in 2016 by Heather Holmes, Genivity developed the Health Analysis & Longevity Optimizer (HALO) platform. This enterprise software uses proprietary algorithms and machine learning to project an individual's future out-of-pocket healthcare, elder care, and long-term care costs. The mission is to enable financial advisors to have more comprehensive and data-backed conversations with clients, integrating health considerations into long-term wealth management. In 2021, Genivity was acquired by LifeYield, a financial technology company, and its HALO platform has been integrated into LifeYield's suite of advisor tools.
