A subsidiary of the Digital Currency Group (DCG), the firm provided a single point of access for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals to trade, borrow, lend, and custody digital assets. Its business was severely impacted by the collapse of Three Arrows Capital and FTX, leading the company and its related subsidiaries to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2023.
