The company provided a suite of services including over-the-counter (OTC) digital asset trading, derivatives, institutional lending, and custody. It became one of the largest and most well-known crypto lenders. However, following significant losses from exposure to the collapses of Three Arrows Capital and FTX, the company halted customer withdrawals in November 2022 and subsequently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January 2023.
