Chartered in 1969, GEMC Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative initially established to serve the employees and families of Georgia's Electric Membership Cooperatives (EMCs). Its mission is to provide quality financial services, including savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and mortgages, in a friendly, convenient, and professional manner to its eligible members. As a cooperative, it returns profits to its members through better rates and lower fees.
