Originally, Fundtech was a leading provider of global transaction banking software and solutions. In 2015, Fundtech was acquired by the Canadian financial technology company D+H (Davis + Henderson). Subsequently, in 2017, D+H was acquired by Vista Equity Partners and merged with UK-based Misys to create a new, larger entity named Finastra. Today, Finastra is one of the world's largest fintech firms, offering a comprehensive range of software solutions for retail banking, transaction banking, lending, and treasury and capital markets.
