Founded in 2015, FundPlaces Pte. Ltd. was a fintech company that operated an online platform for real estate crowdfunding. Its mission was to democratize real estate investing by allowing accredited and retail investors to invest in curated property deals with smaller capital outlays. The company was notable for being one of the first entities to be accepted into the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) FinTech Regulatory Sandbox in 2017. However, the company ceased operations in late 2019 and is now defunct.
