Originally founded as Fulcrum IT Services, the company specialized in delivering advanced engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and intelligence analysis solutions primarily to the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. In October 2020, Fulcrum was acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), a major American shipbuilding company and defense contractor. Fulcrum's capabilities have since been integrated into HII's Mission Technologies division, which focuses on C5ISR, cyber and electronic warfare, and fleet sustainment, continuing the mission of providing critical technology services to national security clients.
