The company's mission is to provide a platform where skilled traders, who may lack sufficient capital, can showcase their abilities and trade with the firm's capital. Traders must pass a two-step Evaluation Process, consisting of the "FTMO Challenge" and the "Verification" stage, which tests their trading skills and discipline. Successful traders are offered a placement in the FTMO Proprietary Trading firm, where they can remotely manage an "FTMO Account" with a balance of up to $200,000 and keep up to 90% of the profits they generate.
