Established by Decree No. 2018-439 on May 2, 2018, the Fonds pour la Science, la Technologie et l'Innovation (FONSTI) is a state-owned company in Côte d'Ivoire. Its primary mission is to mobilize financial resources to fund scientific research programs, enhance the value of research findings, and support technological innovation to contribute to the nation's economic and social development. FONSTI acts as a key instrument for the Ivorian government's policy on scientific and technological development, supporting researchers, startups, and innovative projects through various financing mechanisms and calls for proposals.
