Fondo Formazienda is the National Interprofessional Joint Fund for Continuing Education, established by the employers' organization SISTEMA COMMERCIO E IMPRESA and the workers' confederation CONFSAL. Its mission is to promote and finance training plans aimed at enhancing the professional skills of employees in member companies. By making resources available for training, the fund supports the competitiveness of businesses and the professional growth of workers, operating within the framework of Italian law governing continuing education funds.
