Fondimpresa is the inter-professional fund for the continuous training of Italian workers, established through an agreement between major Italian industrial and labor confederations (Confindustria, CGIL, CISL, and UIL). Its mission is to promote and finance training plans aimed at enhancing the skills of employees and the competitiveness of businesses. The fund is financed by a portion of the mandatory social security contributions that companies pay, which they can choose to allocate to Fondimpresa to invest in their human capital.
