The company completed its initial public offering in November 2021, raising approximately $115 million. While it did not limit its search to a particular industry, it intended to focus on healthcare and healthcare-related industries. In January 2023, the company completed its business combination with NewAmsterdam Pharma, and the resulting public entity now trades on the Nasdaq.
