Its primary mission is to provide a neutral, third-party platform for resolving complaints between traders and member brokerage firms in the Forex, CFD, and cryptocurrency markets. By offering a swifter and more straightforward alternative to traditional legal and regulatory proceedings, it aims to increase transparency and trust in the industry. It also maintains a Compensation Fund to protect member clients' funds up to a certain limit in case a member refuses to adhere to a judgment.
