The Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) is a non-profit organization established in 2002 that serves as the primary private-sector partner to the U.S. government for critical infrastructure protection and homeland security for the financial services industry. Its mission is to coordinate activities and initiatives that enhance the resilience and security of the financial services sector. The FSSCC works in close partnership with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and other government agencies to identify and mitigate systemic risks from cyber threats, physical hazards, and other potential disruptions.
