The Financial Planning Association of Maryland (FPA of MD) is a non-profit, member-driven professional organization dedicated to advancing the financial planning profession. As a chapter of the national Financial Planning Association (FPA), its mission is to support its members with resources, continuing education, and networking opportunities, while also benefiting the public by promoting the value of financial planning and upholding the CFP® certification as the standard of excellence. The association facilitates professional development for its members and provides pro bono financial planning services and public awareness campaigns to the community.
