FG Merger Corp. was a blank-check company incorporated in Delaware and sponsored by FG Financial Group, Inc. It was formed to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO) in order to acquire an existing business. The company completed its IPO in March 2021. After identifying a target, FG Merger Corp. successfully completed its business combination with iCoreConnect Inc., a cloud-based software and technology company, on August 25, 2023. Following the merger, the combined entity was renamed iCoreConnect Inc. and now trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "ICCT".
