Femmessor was a Quebec-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurship through tailored financing, coaching, and training. Founded to address the specific challenges faced by women in business, it grew to have a presence in all 17 regions of Quebec, including Laval. In 2021, Femmessor rebranded to Evol to reflect an expanded mission of supporting all entrepreneurs who have a positive impact on society, with a continued commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Laval branch continues this mission under the Evol banner, acting as a key player in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing capital and resources to help diverse businesses start and grow.
