It was part of the Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), a leading insurance group in Central and Southeastern Europe. The company's core business focused on providing a range of non-life insurance products, with a significant market share in the mandatory auto liability insurance (RCA) sector. However, following a period of financial instability and failure to meet solvency capital requirements, the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) withdrew its operating license in March 2023, and the company subsequently entered bankruptcy proceedings.
