Chartered in 1960, Elko Federal Credit Union (EFCU) was initially established to serve federal government employees and their families in Elko County. It has since expanded its field of membership to serve a broader community. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, EFCU is owned and governed by its members, with a mission to build trusted, lifelong relationships by providing beneficial financial solutions. The credit union offers a comprehensive suite of personal and business banking products, including savings and checking accounts, various types of loans, mortgages, and investment services, all while focusing on community involvement and member financial well-being.
