The EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line is a collaborative initiative between the European Union (EU) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Its primary mission is to support Georgian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with access to finance for investments in upgrading their technology and processes. The programme helps businesses improve product quality, health and safety standards, and environmental practices to align with EU directives, thereby increasing their competitiveness on local and international markets. In addition to loans provided through local partner banks, the programme also includes technical assistance and investment incentives in the form of grants upon successful project completion.
