E.K. Riley Investments, LLC was an independent brokerage and investment advisory firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 2002, the firm provided a range of financial services including wealth management, financial planning, and investment brokerage for individuals and institutions. In July 2020, it was announced that the firm's assets would be acquired by LPL Financial, the largest independent broker-dealer in the United States. The transition was completed in October 2020, at which point E.K. Riley Investments ceased its independent operations and its advisors joined the LPL platform.
