Founded in 1991, the DuPage Homeownership Center (DHOC) is a non-profit organization committed to providing residents with the education, counseling, and resources needed to purchase and maintain a home. As a HUD-Certified Counseling agency, DHOC offers a range of services including pre-purchase counseling, financial literacy education, down payment assistance programs, and foreclosure prevention assistance to promote responsible and long-term homeownership.
