Deep Retrofit Capital is an Irish-based asset manager focused on decarbonizing the built environment. It is a joint venture between German asset manager IMMAC and Irish venture capital firm BVP. The company launched with a €200 million fund to provide bespoke, non-dilutive financing solutions for commercial property owners in Ireland to undertake deep energy retrofits. Their mission is to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy by making it commercially viable for building owners to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
