Established in 1982, Dakota BUSINESS Finance is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering economic growth by supporting small businesses in South Dakota. As a Certified Development Company (CDC), its primary mission is to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. This program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as real estate and equipment, by partnering with local lenders to help small businesses expand and create jobs.
