In 2017, Cyence was acquired by Guidewire Software, a leading provider of software for the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Today, Cyence operates as a product line within Guidewire, known as "Guidewire Cyence for Cyber Risk Management," and is integrated into Guidewire's broader cloud platform to enhance underwriting and pricing for cyber insurance policies.
