Originally chartered in 1943 to serve employees of the Cities Service (CITGO) refinery, CSE Federal Credit Union is a community-focused financial institution based in Southwest Louisiana. As a not-for-profit cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members, with a mission centered on the "people helping people" philosophy.
