Counterpoise Finance was a decentralized finance (DeFi) project that aimed to create a community-owned, decentralized, and censorship-resistant reserve currency, $CPO, on the Fantom network. Inspired by OlympusDAO, the protocol used mechanisms like staking and bonding to control its token supply, grow its treasury, and offer high yields to participants with the goal of creating a stable store of value independent of traditional financial systems.
