Founded on July 23, 1993, Cooperativa Multiactiva de la Unab (Coomunab) is a cooperative entity created to serve the employees, professors, retirees, and extended family members of the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga in Colombia. Its mission is to contribute to the economic, social, and cultural well-being of its members and their families by promoting savings, providing accessible credit options, and offering various other financial and welfare services based on cooperative principles of solidarity and mutual aid.
