Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd (CBG) is a wholly-owned Ghanaian bank that was incorporated on August 1, 2018. It was established by the Government of Ghana to acquire the assets and liabilities of five collapsed local banks: Beige Bank, Construction Bank, Royal Bank, Sovereign Bank, and uniBank. As a universal bank, CBG offers a wide array of financial products and services to individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and large corporations, operating through a network of branches across Ghana with a mission to be a simple, secure, and differentiated banking institution for its customers.
