Community Spirit Credit Union was a customer-owned financial institution founded in 1972, originally serving the community of North West Tasmania, Australia. As a credit union, its mission was to provide competitive banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and insurance, while returning profits to its members. In 2022, Community Spirit Credit Union merged with Beyond Bank, one of Australia's largest customer-owned banks, to provide its members with an enhanced range of services, greater digital capabilities, and a national branch network.
