Community Concepts Finance Corp. (CCFC) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) established in 1992 as a 501(c)3 non-profit. Its mission is to provide financing and counseling to promising entrepreneurs and homeowners who may not qualify for traditional bank loans. As a subsidiary of Community Concepts, Inc., CCFC focuses on strengthening communities in western and central Maine by offering flexible and compassionate capital for business startups and expansions, as well as homeownership opportunities.
