The firm was a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). In May 2018, the firm was censured and fined by FINRA for deficiencies in its anti-money laundering program. Shortly after, in June 2018, the company filed to terminate its registration and ceased operations.
