The Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza e Assistenza a favore dei Dottori Commercialisti (CNPADC) is a private-law association established by Italian Law no. 21 of 1986. Its primary mission is to manage the mandatory social security and welfare contributions for all registered Chartered Accountants in Italy. The organization collects contributions and provides a range of benefits, including retirement pensions, disability and incapacity benefits, survivor pensions, and other forms of welfare and assistance to its members and their families. It operates under the supervision of the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
