Built on the Salesforce platform, their core products, ClaimFirst and AbsenceDirect, were designed to automate and streamline the entire claims and absence management lifecycle for insurance carriers and large employers. In January 2021, ClaimVantage was acquired by Majesco, a global leader in cloud insurance software solutions, to enhance Majesco's L&A and Group Core Suite and expand its claims and absence management capabilities.
