The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) is one of Canada's "Big Five" banks. Formed in 1961 through the merger of the Canadian Bank of Commerce (founded 1867) and the Imperial Bank of Canada (founded 1875), CIBC has a long history of serving Canadians.
