Founded in 2006 as an affiliate of Children's Wisconsin, Children's Community Health Plan (CCHP) is a non-profit health insurance organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality healthcare for children and families. CCHP serves communities throughout Wisconsin by offering government-sponsored programs like BadgerCare Plus and individual/family plans through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Its mission is to improve the health of the community by coordinating care and promoting the well-being of its members.
