Founded in 1997, the Charter Schools Development Corporation (CSDC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to facilitate access to affordable and long-term capital for charter school facilities. CSDC achieves this by offering a range of services including direct loans, credit enhancement, and real estate development support, helping charter schools acquire, construct, and renovate their educational facilities across the United States.
