CBC National Bank Mortgage was the mortgage origination division of CBC National Bank, a nationally chartered bank and a subsidiary of Coastal Banking Company, Inc. Headquartered in Fernandina Beach, Florida, it specialized in providing a range of residential mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, to customers across the United States. In 2016, Coastal Banking Company, Inc. and its subsidiary CBC National Bank were acquired by First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (First Citizens Bank). All operations, including the mortgage division, were subsequently merged and rebranded under the First Citizens Bank name.
