Founded in 2015, CAV Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and connecting the University of Virginia community for investment purposes. The group's mission is to generate strong investment returns for its members while fostering and strengthening the UVA entrepreneurial ecosystem. It facilitates investments by its members—comprising UVA alumni, faculty, parents, students, and friends—into promising early-stage ventures that have a strong connection to the university.
