However, the company is not licensed or authorized by the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia) or the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to conduct any form of deposit-taking or capital market activities. Due to its unauthorized operations, both regulators have placed CTFG on their respective public warning lists, and the entity is widely reported as an illegal investment scheme.
