CapBridge was a Singapore-based online investment syndication platform that connected private companies with a global network of accredited investors and strategic partners for capital-raising and growth. Founded in 2015, the company held a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It aimed to democratize access to private equity by providing mid-to-late stage growth companies with a more efficient way to raise funds while offering investors access to curated, hard-to-reach private investment opportunities. In 2022, CapBridge and its associated private securities exchange, 1exchange (1X), merged and rebranded to form Alta, continuing the mission to provide access to alternative investments.
