The Canadian Society of Technical Analysts (CSTA) is a non-profit professional organization founded in 1984 for technical analysis professionals and enthusiasts in Canada. As the Canadian member society of the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), its mission is to promote the use and understanding of technical analysis, establish and maintain high standards of professional ethics, and provide educational programs, including support for the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation. The CSTA facilitates networking and the exchange of information among its members through meetings, publications, and events.
