Founded in 2005, the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance is the pre-eminent voice of institutional shareholders in Canada. Its mission is to promote good governance practices in Canadian public companies and to improve the regulatory environment to best align the interests of boards and management with those of their shareholders. CCGG engages with boards and management of public companies, develops and advocates for policy changes, and provides a platform for its members, who are primarily institutional investors, to collectively influence corporate governance in Canada.
