Founded in 1997, the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals (CAUFP) is a non-profit organization focused on supporting and advancing the careers of Black professionals in the financial services sector. Its mission is to expand the pipeline of Black leaders in the industry by providing a link between financial services companies and the Black community. CAUFP achieves this through networking events, mentorship programs, student development initiatives like its annual "Tell Your Story" Case Competition, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion.
