The platform allowed users to buy, sell, and trade Bitcoin, and it was known for features like "QuickBit" for instant purchases. However, starting around 2014, the exchange began experiencing significant operational issues, including prolonged withdrawal delays, security concerns, and a near-total lack of customer support. Despite the website remaining online, the platform has been functionally inactive and non-operational since approximately 2017, with many user funds reportedly remaining inaccessible.
